THE VEXWIRE PROCESS
Throughout the years we've been in this industry, we have developed a streamlined, efficient process of assessing, refurbishing, data-wiping, and cosmetical grading of wireless devices. The process was designed with speed and accuracy in mind, making sure our customers get a reliable, consistent product.
We start with determining the cosmetic grading of the individual unit. Our highly trained inventory associates team thoroughly inspects and sorts every product using a clearly defined cosmetic inspection process. Each product is assigned a cosmetic grade and then transferred to our Data Clearing Department. Using proprietary software and hardware, the data gets wiped off devices, which are then sent to the Testing Department.
Our team of expert technicians performs a full diagnostic workup, including a wide range of functionality testing. Products that pass this rigorous assessment process are marked ready for packing and kitting. Products that do not pass the evaluation get routed to our Repair and Refurbishment Team, with a detailed analysis of the findings. If repairable, the product is sent back to testing for re-evaluation before packing and kitting.
If a product is deemed unrepairable, it gets consolidated into our part reclamation process or disposed of, using industry-leading, responsible recycling standards.

Our cell phones, accessories and other wireless technology are obtained from reputable sources, assuring that only genuine products are ever in our facility. We follow strict data destruction protocols, ensuring that the product leaving Vexwire doesn't contain any sensitive information.
After passing through our rigorous cosmetic and functionality testing processes, all products are sent to our dedicated warehouse specialists, the Packing and Kitting Team. This team thoroughly cleans the product, pairs it with required accessories, and performs one last round of inspections before packaging and placing it into inventory or sending it to the Ship Team for shipment prep and routing.
The product is prepped for shipment with adequate packing materials and shipped with our trusted transportation carriers. We sell mobile technology both kitted, in individual boxes, or in bulk, and are capable of catering to individual customer's requirements regarding packaging for transport.
After passing through our multi-stage process, the product is ready for sale, fully vetted by our reputable, industry-leading proprietary processes and highly skilled technicians. Additionally, our team of expert technicians performs a full diagnostic workup, including a wide range of functionality testing. Where applicable, we repair the devices using OEM parts. Once completely refurbished, units are cleaned for the last time, paired with required accessories and ready for shipping.
