Cell Phone Repair Technician - JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals who take pride in delivering outstanding work results to perform repairs on smart phone devices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business experiencing tremendous growth! This position will NOT require travel, evening work, use of your personal vehicle or 10-12 hours shifts, 7 days a week or being on-call. It is a regular (8am-5pm), full-time opportunity based in Clifton, NJ.
If you have 1-2 years of experience with smart cell phone repair (i.e., able to perform component repairs on most major brands including screen and battery replacement, button replacements and more), have a passion for technology and are looking for growth with an industry leader, submit your resume today for immediate consideration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
Disassembles devices, using hand or power tools and measuring devices
Replace defective parts from cell phones such as replacing LCD, Ports, Housings, Speakers, Cameras, and Buttons
Micro soldering, water damage repair, charge ports and batteries
Reassembles cell phones after making repairs or replacing parts
Attention to detail, thoroughness and follow-through
Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed quality standards
Consistently meets production targets and goals, while paying attention to quality output
Position requires working in a production processing environment (not storefront)
REQUIREMENTS:
Good to basic technical skills with cell phones and electronics
1-2 year's experience with smart cell phone repair
1-2 year's experience troubleshooting electronics/wireless devices
Good working knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Flexible and willing to change direction to meet business needs

Committed individuals who are interested in learning and expanding their knowledge and skills in the wireless device industry
Students who are certified or actively pursuing an electronics, Comp TIA A+, and/or Electronic Repair Technician certifications
MUST be able to pass a drug and background screen
Ability to multitask while staying organized
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Positive customer service skills
Interest/hobby in electronic and/or wireless device repair a plus!
Able to work specified schedule; 8am to 5pm and overtime as required
1 year of production/cell phone repair/device testing, highly desirable
